The work recognized by the Arag\u00f3n Investiga Award is\u00a0<strong>directly related<\/strong>\u00a0to DILAN&#8217;s broader mission of fostering an inclusive scientific environment and enhancing digital literacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0&#8220;Women for Science&#8221; (W4S)\u00a0research line has been instrumental in securing key\u00a0<strong>European Commission funding<\/strong> to advance knowledge on the challenges and opportunities facing women researchers in the digital age. This synergy ensures that the innovative findings from W4S directly inform the goals and deliverables of the DILAN project connected to Work Package 2&#8217;s outputs (<a href=\"https:\/\/dilan4scientists.eu\/index.php\/video-testimonials\/\">videotestimonials<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/zenodo.org\/records\/11243183\">report on Good practices<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Women for Science (W4S) project is a female leadership project. Its goal is to research, highlight, and promote the role of women researchers in the context of public and digital communication of science. W4S began as one of the lines of a project under the Spanish research project on digital genres, communication and open science (<a href=\"https:\/\/genci.unizar.es\/\">GENCI<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the award-winning &#8220;Women for Science&#8221; project<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0project focuses on\u00a0<strong>female leadership<\/strong>\u00a0in science communication within the context of digital transformation. Its main goal is to research, highlight, and promote the vital role of women researchers within the context of public and digital communication of science.
