Final DILAN transnational mobility in Zaragoza

We are reaching the end of the DILAN project, and this means that to discuss the final touches and outcomes of DILAN, partners met physically in Zaragoza, where Campus Iberus and Ibercivis organised a two-day transnational mobility (26-27 November 2025).

A very fruitful transnational mobility took place last week in Zaragoza, where Partner 1 (Campus Iberus) and Partner 7 (Ibercivis) organised the event with the University of Zaragoza as the main venue. With a balance between planning, presenting results, and exploring future avenues to continue DILAN, partners gathered in Zaragoza to discuss:

The “Introduction to Science Communication Strategies” MOOC

Partners from Oslomet offered a comprehensive overview of the teaching principles employed as foundations of this self-taught, self-paced MOOC. It is intended to work alongside the already piloted short online course for Science Communication.

Plans for its release, launch and dissemination were discussed among all partners.

Ibercivis’ multiplier event on 10th December

Ibercivis will be in charge to organise and host the final online multiplier event “Science Communication 2.0: DILAN’s Legacy for Researchers and Policy Makers“of the project. With this event, we will address not only practitioners, but also policy-makers and stakeholders at the european, national, and regional levels.

Final report and pending tasks

As part of the pending tasks, all partners need to think and reflect on all the hard work done during these 3 years, and collect evidence for the final report to be submitted to the European Commission/Spanish National Agency. Examples of outputs can include videotestimonials, good practices reports, publications, conference presentations, multiplier events, dissemination resources and materials, or the short courses.

You can explore the DILAN’s website and Zenodo’s community to find more about it.

European Language Label Application

We believe DILAN is a great example of an interdisciplinary, collaborative and evidence-based communication and language training programmes that can benefit EU researchers and researchers worldwide. We are positive that DILAN will receive that recognition in the future!
